Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Global Marketing Manager to direct and oversee our Marketing department. As a fast growing SaaS company, our ideal candidate is an experienced, data-driven marketer who will be able to scale and optimise our marketing efforts to new heights.

In this role you will take charge of developing and owning the full marketing strategy in line with company goals and budget – establish targets, create meaningful strategies to meet those, and put realistic measurements in place. You will need to be fully aligned with sales leadership, and focus right away on demonstrating how your contributions will directly support the sales team, and ultimately convert visits into customers. A practicing marketer, you will be a content producer in your own right in order to assist in the team’s marketing activities in expanding the voice of the company.

You will also play an active role in identifying and nurturing strategic partnership opportunities and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

This is a part-time role with the opportunity to turn into a full-time role. The working hours are ideally 3.5 days per week, however, all hours (including full-time) are considered. Working from home will also be considered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and inbound leads
  • Serve as an evangelist for GuestRevu through thought leadership, social media, and event attendance/participation
  • Drive growth in visitors, leads and opportunities for the sales team
  • Measure and improve key metrics including acquisition, retention, conversion, engagement & satisfaction
  • Provide strategic guidance on identifying and engaging with media, partners and influencers
  • Play a leading role in the marketing team to create regular content to be marketed via all inbound channels (social, email, blog, landing pages, etc.) 
  • Make data-driven decisions to move the team and product forward and hit company goals

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years previous experience in a marketing leadership role is required, preferably for a B2B SaaS company operating a high-volume model
  • Comfort in a metrics-driven organisation and among a constantly-questioning leadership team
  • Have a proven track record of creating or managing content creation across several different platforms (print, web, video etc) in a variety of different formats, preferably with a focus on demand-generation in SaaS company
  • Experience in utilising a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels to achieve results – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, press releases, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot in particular) and digital marketing tools and techniques such as lead nurturing, lead scoring, marketing automation
  • Social media marketing, inbound marketing, SEO experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • PR, events, webinars, email marketing


  • Remuneration: £20 – 30K based on experience
  • Salary is based on an FTE of 3.5 days
