How does the GuestRevu AI Responses tool work?
When you click “Generate Response”, the AI reads the review, processes the content, any specifics mentioned or scores given, and then drafts a personalised reply – all in milliseconds. You can then post the response, or edit it manually. If the AI has missed the mark entirely, you can give the AI further instructions and regenerate the response.
Is my data safe with GuestRevu’s AI tools?

We process a vast amount of data on behalf of thousands of users all over the world. We take our responsibility as a data processor extremely seriously, and we have made every effort to ensure data is anonymised and protected as appropriate at every step along the way. Does GuestRevu AI automatically post management responses online?

No responses are posted without a human’s approval. AI is really quick, clever and smart – but you still know your property best, and we know you want to be in control of your guest communications.

How does GuestRevu AI handle different languages?

The AI “thinks” in English, but it translates reviews from other languages into English to analyse them, and once it’s written a response, you can translate it into almost any language you like with the “translate” button.

Can GuestRevu AI track results over time?

Yes, as soon as you switch it on, your data starts getting analysed and stored. When you view your AI reports, you can select any date range to see the analysis for that time period. Some reports also show you how sentiment scores and other metrics have changed over time.

Can I customise the AI to suit my hotel’s context?

Absolutely! There are several customisations you can instruct the AI to “remember” when writing responses to your reviews, including a default tone and specific instructions unique to your hotel. If you’re ever unhappy with a single response, you can edit the tone or give more detailed instructions for just that one. You can also give the AI specific themes to look out for when analysing your guest feedback, and tell it which teams suggested service tickets should be routed to.
