No responses are posted without a human’s approval. AI is really quick, clever and smart – but you still know your property best, and we know you want to be in control of your guest communications.
Can GuestRevu AI respond in other languages?
The AI “thinks” in English, but once it’s written a response, you can translate it into almost any language you like with the “translate” button.
Does this replace human responses?
For many hoteliers and guests, human interaction and connection is an essential part of hospitality, so we’ve set up the management response AI to be more like an assistant than a replacement. You and your team still need to approve responses before they’re posted, and you can edit the AI’s suggestions as much or as little as you like. The idea isn't to replace the human element, but the make it faster and easier so you and your team can spend more time doing the things that make the biggest difference to your guests.
Can I customise AI responses to match my hotel's tone and style?
Absolutely! There are several customisations you can instruct the AI to “remember” when writing responses to your reviews, including a default tone and specific instructions unique to your hotel. If you’re ever unhappy with a single response, you can edit the tone or give more detailed instructions for just that one.
