Why we need you
We need an enthusiastic individual to work closely with our Customer Experience Manager to help in managing the customer journey.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who knows what exceptional customer service is and has experience delivering it. You should have a basic understanding of the customer journey and the importance of customer engagement and how to nurture those relationships. We need someone who can follow processes and procedures where required, work across a number of different departments and above all is able to think outside the box.

Must have
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in a related role
- High level of computer literacy (you will need to quickly familiarise yourself with our CMS, task management application and Google Drive layout)
- Passion and drive for customer experience
- Desire to keep learning
- Excellent organisational, administrative and task/time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a small dynamic team, working in collaboration with others as well as being able to take your own initiative
- Ability to multitask at a high level across a number of projects, while maintaining attention to detail and generating high-quality results
- Friendly, can-do disposition, with an understanding and attitude of problem resolution
- Enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations and strong relationship-building skills

Our survey software collects guest feedback about their stays, and brings this information into the same dashboard to improve their guest experience, and highlight problem areas.
