Our Customer Support team is looking for enthusiastic, thoughtful and motivated problem solvers. You must be passionate about customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers in new and innovative ways. This role is a crucial part of GuestRevu and the service we offer our clients across the world.
Working within a fast-paced, dynamic team, you will be the first point of contact our customers have, and you will engage with customers via email, telephone and online chats. Thinking on your feet and solving customer queries efficiently with a smile is key to this role. Working with other teams across GuestRevu is massively important, so being a team player is vital.

Must have
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in a related role
- High level of computer literacy (you will need to quickly familiarise yourself with our CMS, task management application and Google Drive layout)
- Passion and drive for customer experience
- Desire to keep learning
- Excellent organisational, administrative and task/time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a small dynamic team, working in collaboration with others as well as being able to take your own initiative
- Ability to multitask at a high level across a number of projects, while maintaining attention to detail and generating high-quality results
- Friendly, can-do disposition, with an understanding and attitude of problem resolution
- Enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations and strong relationship-building skills

Our survey software collects guest feedback about their stays, and brings this information into the same dashboard to improve their guest experience, and highlight problem areas.
