Inside Sales Executive - New Business

Salary: Market related, dependent on experience and skill, OTE: Circa R10-25k

We are currently experiencing exciting growth and are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

Are you a confident and enthusiastic communicator with a talent for building rapport over the phone? Do you thrive in a target-driven environment and possess a passion for connecting with people? If so, we're looking for a motivated inside salesperson to join our dynamic sales team and play a key role in our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive lead generation: Making outbound calls, emails and using social platforms like LinkedIn to contact potential customers, presenting products and GuestRevu’s solutions to the market, generating leads for the sales team.  
  • Product Knowledge:  Understand our products, features and benefits to hoteliers at a fundamental level. In-depth knowledge is not required, as technical questions will be filtered to the sales representatives.
  • Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with prospects, filtering leads as required. 
  • Goal Achievement: Meeting targets and performance metrics. 
  • Data Entry: Accurately recording call outcomes, customer information, and sales data. 

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, articulation, and the ability to build rapport with customers. 
  • Sales and Persuasion Skills: Ability to present products effectively, handle simple objections, and generate leads.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Understanding customer needs, building relationships, and handling difficult situations. 
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant applications. 
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address customer issues or concerns. 
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection, learn quickly, and adapt to changing situations. 

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Telemarketing Experience: Direct telemarketing experience is beneficial but not essential.
